The pure form of the female body is for me a constant source of inspiration and challenge  . The paintings you see here are created in my studio sometimes I teach at the same time and other times I work individually with the models. The atmosphere and relationships between artists and model are critical to the success of these works.
I edit regularly so about 50% are allocated to the bin the longer studies are often completed using photographs. When I glaze these images  onto ceramics we call the result  ‘Naked Vessels’.
